MIDS Group - Secure Online Transactions
MIDS Group uses a combination of the Miva Merchant ecommerce solution and WolrdPay to ensure that all online transactions are secure. When you choose to place an order you will be taken into a secure zone. The transaction will take place using 128bit SSL encription (Secure Socket Layers).
This technology is the industry standard so you can shop safely in the knowledge that any transfer of information takes place over secure servers.
How can you check that the connection is secure?
- When entering a secure internet zone you will, by default, be warned prior to the page loading.
- Once you are in the secure zone the main indication is the yellow lock icon that will appear in the lower right of the browser.
- If you double-click the lock icon with the left mouse you will be able to check that our certificate is valid.
- Check the site address. The difference is noticeable at the very front of the url as shown below:
