Confidentiality

MIDS is experienced in the handling of confidential and/or sensitive documentation and data. We understand that our client’s information is important and in some cases may be business critical. Because of this we employ strict security measures to ensure the continuity and safety of the documents in transport and on our premises.
As part of their contract of employment all personnel sign a non-disclosure agreement that prevents them from discussing the details of any work outside of the workplace.
All documentation handled by personnel during any of our conversion processes is considered under normal circumstances to be `Commercial in Confidence' unless otherwise indicated.
