Captaris Workflow Components

Captaris Workflow Software can be delivered through two pricing models providing best fit for your organisation.  The Captaris Standard Workflow Server is based on a per seat structure while the Advanced server is based on CPU and does not present a user limit.  I have provided costing based upon the Standard Workflow Server as I believe this will satisfy the price break for a small process as discussed.

It is further recommended that a Back up/Test Server is made part of the solution.

A backup/test server is used in Backup/Test/Staging environments. Workflow production use not permitted except in failover situations. Can be different size (users/CPUs) than the system they are backing up or testing for.

The server enables a developer/business analyst to test/optimize processes outside of the live environment.  Existing process can also be loaded into this environment for back up.
